About Beth!

I asked her what she thought was unique about herself and she had an amazing response:

 

I would still consider myself a new Hooper. I adore free flowing hooping. My flow isn't super techy, I try to just free flow with the music. Hooping is my passion. I have adored this hobby since I started almost two years ago. It has allowed me a space to express myself and gives me a way to practice self-care. What makes me unique, is my passion for this company. 8 of the 14 hoops I own are from Pulsar Hoops. I adore each one and am passionate about getting the word out on these amazing and affordable hoops! I don't have a huge following but of the people that follow me, I have inspired many to begin their hooping journey! I have even inspired my daycare kids to be mini hoopers. Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me.

What inspired you to start your journey: 

​

My inspiration for hooping came from the first time I ever attended a music festival. I remember looking around me and being in awe of all the different forms of flow and seeing the beauty in all of them. I was particularly drawn to the hula hoop as I liked the thought of bringing something back from my childhood that brought me joy. I would have never thought then that hooping would become my favorite thing ever (besides music, of course!) It is my self-care! It has helped me in ways I would have never imagined when I started. My confidence has flourished, I have a fun coping mechanism for my mental health, and I feel at home in my hoop. I am forever thankful that I picked up this plastic circle two years ago and kept going, no matter how many times I’ve hit myself in the head! 😁

A little bit more about Beth:

​

I am 24 years old. I am a full time student, studying elementary education. I hope to be a light in my future students lives and bring love into my classroom everyday! My hope is that whoever comes into my life with know love; love for themselves, for others and for the world around them! I am a music fanatic. I have fallen head over heels for the EDM community. I adore attending festivals and being fully immersed in music! I LOVE CATS! I have 3 fur babies, who are my pride and joy. Their names are Smokey, Bessie and Mordecai. I currently work at a cat café and rescue, which is the best job EVER! I also work at a daycare which can be chaotic but makes everyday at work interesting! I am on a journey of spreading love and kindness to those around me in hopes that they will continue the trend! Much love to everyone out there! Thank you for being here 💓

What is your favorite music genre to flow to?

My favorite music to flow to is EDM.

​

Do you flow with any other props? If so what are some of your other favorites?

 

I’ve been dipping my toes into Poi and Devil Sticks. I would like to master all flows so I’m making my way through different props!
